I became a massage therapist for two reasons. The first reason was because of the benefits I personally noticed after receiving massage on a regular basis for my tendonitis in my hands. I was a hair stylist at the time. I spent long hours with my arms in the air causing a lot of pain in my shoulders and hands.  Massage started to alleviate the pain as well as helping me feel calmer and grounded.  Today I am pain free.

Secondly, because my mom was diagnosed with fibromyalgia years earlier and was dabbling is receiving massages but wasn't happy with the results she was getting.  I made it my mission to become a massage therapist with the purpose to understand fibromyalgia and chronic pain. I also wanted to share my experiences and my road to health and healing. I believe if you are open to the idea of massage and healing, a real change is possible. I wish for everyone to live a healthier, happier pain free life.
